It all started in 2015. A freshman at USC, Brooke decided to hangout with her brother, her cousins, and their fraternity brothers, one of whom was Mark. Not long after, Brooke’s cousin, Reed, realized Brooke seemed to be around the apartment he shared with Mark quite a lot, and the couple realized they were more than just friends.

They tried to keep things casual at first, knowing Mark would leave for Asia the following year. But after traveling to Israel, and spending the summer driving back and forth between Los Angeles and San Diego to spend more time together, they knew it wouldn’t be goodbye. Brooke picked up a long-haired Mark from the airport four months later, and the rest, including the long hair, is history.

Since then they haven’t left each other’s sides. Been inseparable? Seven years later, they’re best friends, fiancés, and partners in life.
